Can you help with Dutton Details?

As I have now been made membership secretary I will be keeping records of both vehicles and the members that own them.
I have a list of 3000+ Dutton’s, some of which are missing 'vital' bits of information.
I need to complete as much of the missing information as possible, get a better idea of how many of each type of car are left.

This is the information I need.

REG NUMBERS
CHASSIS NUMBERS
ENGINE SIZE AND TYPE
CHASSIS MODS
BODY MODS
CURRENT DVLA STATUS (SORN, TAXED, UNLICENCED, UNREGISTERED, EXPORTED)
THE EXACT DESCRIPTION ON THE LOGBOOK / V5C INCLUDING BODYPLAN (SOMETHING LIKE 2 AXLE RIGID BODY SPORTS)

There will be an e-form available shortly which will enable you to submit vehicle details anonymously to help towards this end.

Over 30% of the cars on the DOC database do not show up as being Dutton’s on the DVLA database. so what are they registered as, more to the point are they registered correctly and will your insurance be valid if they are not?

The aim is to provide the club with an up to date census of what’s going on in the big world and in the process make it much more difficult for those who seek to dodge the IVA by cannibalizing our cars. We also want to track down any scrap yard Dutton’s, barn door Dutton’s and chicken shed Dutton’s. This includes 'bitsa's' and parts cars stuffed into garages so come clean, I won't tell the Mrs. if you have another project stashed in a lockup somewhere... hell i get enough grief from mine for having three on the go at the moment.
