News from the Dutton Owners Club

You will all be pleased to know another issue of Dutton Torque is on its way to the printers. Hopefully this will be with you early in the new year.

We still need articles for the next edition, planned for april, so keep them coming, either to the editor@duttonownersclub.co.uk or membershipsecretary@duttonownersclub.co.uk or better still, both of us. Lets have some photos of Duttons playing in the snow (IF your 'blessed' with any that is)

Talking of the new year, as from January, membership renewals will be £5 up to May when the new membership year will start.

There will be a list of shows for 2012 available shortly. This year lets have a bumper turnout especially with all the new members and their new toys. The AGM will be at Stoneleigh as usual remember to bring your cards with you.

NEWS October 2011 The New Dutton Torque

By now, all members in the UK should have received a copy of the new Dutton Torque. If you haven't and think you should have then please e-mail me and I will find out why and also arrange to get you a copy sent out. Many thanks to Dave for assembling it and to Nick for getting it printed and distributed, well done chaps. The new password for the members section is inside DT somewhere. The next time it changes it will be back on the address label of the envelope of the magazine.

Memberships and renewals.

Due to a programming error and a memory stick failure I lost part of the database we use for recording members data. This only applies to people who have signed up as new members in the last couple of months. If you have applied and heard nothing back , again can you please e-mail me and I will do my best to sort it out. I have now taken precautions to prevent this from happening again and all new members should receive welcome packs within 10 days or so if in the UK. Overseas we have to allow for a little longer due to postal delays.

NEWS August 2011 Dutton Torque

The club secretary has been working hard to bring you a new edition of DT. We hope to have some positive news in the next couple of weeks. If you have any articles for submission please send them to - secretary@duttonownersclub.co.uk and membershipsecretary@duttonownersclub.co.uk. By sending them to two of us there is a much better chance of them being received and published in due course.

NEWS August 2011 Membership Renewals

Deepest apologies to those people due to renew in August. I have got behind with renewals due to non DOC commitments but hopefully will catchup this week and get all renewal notices out by the weekend. Please note if you are due to renew this month the price has been reduced to £9. This will mean your next renewal will be brought into line with the April/May renewal project. Those that have already paid £12 will have a credit of £3 shown and the price will be adjusted next year accordingly.

NEWS June 2011 Membership renewal changes.

Membership renewals will be collected in April each year as from 2012. This is to enable a streamlining of the membership renewal system. Members will be advised of the altered renewal fees when their reminder notices are sent out.

Fees will only be altered this once to allow all memberships to be renewable in April 2012 and every April thereafter.

NEWS May 2011 New E-form and Paypal payment for memberships

It would appear we are currently unable to resolve the issue with the paypal buttons.

Memberships can be paid to payments@duttonownersclub.co.uk manually while we work to resolve the problem.

NEWS April 2011 AGM at Stoneleigh Monday 2nd May @ 1pm

Please note that the Annual General Meeting will be held at Stoneleigh on Monday the 2nd at 1pm.
